Game 1- Monstarz vs Brothers
The best time of the year has arrived: the playoffs! The first matchup is a story of 2 teams that seem to be going in opposite directions: Monstarz vs the Brothers. Monstarz have been humming along all season with their 4 star lineup. Many have this team as the title favorites with their explosive offense that is tough to match up led by Tsenam and Sharif. The only thing that might be able to derail this team is internal drama but if they put those issues to the side, there might not be a single team that can matchup with them. For the Brothers, the season was looking very hopeful with new additions of Abdel and Paul. However, they have been decimated with injuries since then with both ZQ (out of the season) and Amrit being banged up. That along with attendance issues all season, this team seems to be trending downwards going into the postseason. With that being said, they have enough elite talent to give any team a run for their money with Zian, Paul, and Abdel. This writer believes this game will start off close but Monstarz will pull away in the 2nd half with Yacob being the catalyst for the run.
Final score: 71-64 Monstarz

Game 2- Decepts vs Scary Hours
Game 1 of the night is one that we could’ve potentially called a finals matchup. In Decepts and Scary Hours, both teams are loaded with talent but in completely separate ways. Decepts play a walk it up the court game and prefer to let a lot of their offense run through one of the 🐐 of CBL. When that isn’t the case, they have a bevy of 3 point shooters to surround him with, any of which can drop 2 to 3 to 5 3pointers a game. On other end, Scary Hours have potentially the MVP of the league in Ant. A smooth operator, he can score on all 3 levels and can’t be guarded by one single person so it will take the entire Decepts team to slow him down. But he isn’t alone, he is closely followed by Jerry and Shaheed, both elite in their own right with their defensive pressure , rebounding, outright tenacity. In my opinion, this game will come down to 3 things. 1. Can Jerry limit the GOAT down low as he has been able to somewhat in the past? 2. Which secondary scorers from either team will step up, Ram/Maaz from Decepts or Jerry/Shaheed from Scary Hours? 3. How much of Kevin’s impact will new addition Saleh be able to make up? If it’s anywhere close to what Kevin was giving them, they will run away with this game. Final prediction: The GOAT's presence will alter the game on both sides and the rest of the Decepts will hit enough 3s to pull this game out.
FInal Score: 62-57 Decepts

Game 3- Bloodline vs S2G
We have got a classic matchup in Bloodline vs S2G! Captain Wais has been here and has been through all of it, bringing home a championship of his own just 2 seasons ago. He is back and posied to make another successful playoff run, but first in his way is Sandy and his goons. AJ is coming off of a 32 point performance, absolutely decimating the Fly Boyz in the play in, while Chan and Harman provide extra scoring and defense for them. WIth shooters like Sandy and Pali as well, this team is an all around fantastic team. On the other side, however, we have the consensus best player in the league in Hamed. HIs supporting cast of Bieber, Sharif, and the reigning MIP Zhoorullah is also proven to be one of the best in the league and are the first seed for a reason. This is going to be an all around fantastic game on both sides with AJ and Hamed putting on offensive masterclasses. Ultimately, this writer has Bloodline winning this one in a 1 possession game with Bieber's playmaking being the X factor today.
FInal Score: 72-70 Bloodline

Game 4- Space curry vs Kassina boyz
Wow! What a banger!! Both teams aren’t short of offensive threats. This game can go either way. Space curry looking stacked with Leroy, Dre, Stan, and Saffi!! And on the other side we got gagan, pambi, goldy, Omar and their new recruit ditar!! This is going to be a nail biter, and I have ditar and dre being the X factors for both teams! I do have space curry winning this one with Stan Saffi and dre leading the way with their experience and knowledge of ball. Final Score: 78-74 Space Curry
