MVP Rankings
At the end of the regular season these are the MVP leaders. Draft, I am told, takes playoffs into account as well so all these guys have more chances to prove they are worthy of being season MVP.

1.Talha S.- The numbers are clear here. Having a top 3 team and putting up 20 points, 14 rebounds and 6 assists puts Talha at the top of these ranks. He has been carrying his team doing everything on the floor for them. He also grabs 3 steals and block almost 2 shots a game so his defense is on another level as well. He is putting forth his best effort to go back to back in the draft and so far is the leader in the clubhouse.
2.Tayeb - There are numbers and there is the eye test. Tayeb has numbers at 13, 9 and 5 but watching him lead Yusuf’s team tells you why he is a top candidate for MVP. He controls the tempo, organizes the sets and most importantly never gets down on any teammate no matter the situation. He’s a floor general out there. We would like to see a little more scoring aggressiveness but he is having a great debut draft season and has his team at the top of the leaderboards.
3.Samad - 15, 6 and 6 for the number one seed in the league. It’s a hell of a season for the feisty Samad. He’s a team first player playing a solid PG while also being able to get his own points. He is everywhere on the floor being a pest on defense and rarely taking a break. His team is in the driver's seat of the league and he is the main reason for it. Now if only he could stop being so zesty on the chats.
4.Amrit - If this article was three weeks ago he would be number one. He came out with a bang getting a big upset and dropping 32 to open the season and got Owen out to a 3-0 start. They have been sliding since then and his role in the offense has been dwindling. There may not be a player I would pick over him come playoff time and he could still shoot up these rankings.
5.Talha H.- Averaging 13 and 12 while playing solid defense at center the other Talha is doing a great job for the feisty Black Ops squad. They are in the top 4 of the standings and the duo of him and Umer are the sole drivers of this offense. He ranks this high especially because of what we think he could keep doing, he may be under utilized right now and he’s been frustrated in the last couple of weeks feeling his role should expand.

Honorable mentions
With still some playoff games left to decide the MVP here are some guys who could jump up with a good postseason performance.
Umer- he’s the reigning retro mvp and has great numbers. Was neck and neck with his own teammate.
Daryl- a mid season addition but is the leading scorer in the draft averaging 23 and 11. He would need to get his team deep into the playoffs to really matter.
Fahad- Farooq’s son is doing his usual, scoring at a high clip hustling all around the floor grabbing boards and steals. He’s been a much better passer this season as well getting his team involved and trusting them.
