Semi Finals Preview
Yusuf vs Hyder
We have two of the leaders for MVP going against each other here in Talha vs Tayeb. Talha had a decent game yesterday to get the last second win to advance but will the back to back hurt his team’s chances? We finally saw extended action from Nick yesterday and he played a huge role hitting a big three and getting the game winning layup with little time remaining. Him and Abdullah are gonna have to have big games, literally, to counter the size of Yusuf. He is a big body himself in the middle, add in Haroon and Tayeb, we are talking about the biggest front line in the draft. The X factor here may be which Ridwan we get. Two weeks ago he was scoring twenty and going end to end with no problems. Last week he was a little shakier until his clutch defense and game winning basket saved the game. In the end Yusuf’s team is too talented and we trust the supporting cast around Tayeb more than the one around Talha.

Hassib vs Amrit
Team Hassib can’t have a closer matchup than they did last week. They showed that they stay cool under pressure and can win when trailing. Samad had a subpar game but then made the biggest play of draft so far making two free throws to win. Umair was a man possessed down the stretch last week and has showed he is a tough bucket getter and can make something happen when everything else isn’t working. Ruhel’s shot wasn’t falling at the level we are used to but he was picked up by some great shooting out of Dawud who can be a huge X factor if he does it again. Amrits team is all grit, playing hard and never taking a play off. The offense is a three headed monster with Amrit being an all around killer with Sy and “gonna miss a lot of games” Zian sharpshooting from the perimeter. Brandon may be a big factor on second chance points if Hassib can’t stop him and we see a gritty low scoring game here. In the end though we see the brother vs brother rematch getting set up for the final.
