Power Rankings
Going into the playoffs let’s rank these teams and see where they stand in their pursuit for the title.

1. Moody- The commissioner is stacked. He has built an extremely well balanced team. Tayeb is an MVP candidate averaging ten assists a game while being the engine of the most potent offense in the draft. Hassan and Ali are looking like absolute studs next to him each putting up multiple twenty point games. Mohsin take notes for the regular season! We haven’t even mentioned Neiko and his presence in the paint. If the past has shown us anything it is that somehow Moody will get screwed but this is his best chance to get it done.

2. Hyder- Samad is a draft expert. He knows how to win the thing and while he almost cost his team this past week with a clutch missed free throw they ended up pulling off the win in OT. Nick was a big add and hit some huge shots for this team and Zamier is a certified bucket. Throw in Muzz and Hassib’s veteran presence (except for inbounds plays) and Hyder has himself another shot at getting a title.

3. Zia- They just went toe to toe with team Hyder with some theatrics by Arvin and that was without Sami Raab. This team is built with bigs and tough defense. The key may be can they get some outside shooting going in the playoffs from Munier, Zia and Fahad. They do say defense wins championships and there’s is excellent so that could be what lifts them deep into a run in the postseason. Can the offense give them enough support is the big question.

4. Yusuf- I know what you’re thinking, they only have one win how can they be here. Theo truth is this team has not shown their full potential. It starts with having Amrit and Tosin together. That right away is a huge duo that can score at will. Rahat and Ibby as shooters around that is an amazing compliment. Guys like Mohsin bring the fire and energy captain Yusuf will need to show they are underrated and seeding means nothing. We think Hyder is a great team but they should not look past their first opponent assuming an easy W based on their place in the bottom of the standings.

5. Riz- FRAUD ALERT!!!!! We know they secured the bye by blowing out team Aadil but we don’t see it. Is Sy going to be able to go scorched earth from three every week. Will Ferukh be able to drive and finish like prime Harden every week. We don’t see that happening. Talha Hashmi had some great performances the last couple of weeks with some great jump shooting and big put backs down low. Moe Gaccha is always a threat on the offensive glass and Riz has a couple of elbows for any opponent every game. But our opinion is that whoever gets them in the semis will not be too worried.

6. Aadil- Someone should check if these guys are still friends. That was an old school whooping. They got beat like they stole something. Enough rubbing it in but they should take from that game what they cannot do in the playoffs. Trying to run and play fast pace is not these guys strong suit. Playing through Ali Khalid and letting that open up the plethora of jump shooters is the key to success. Yahya will have to be better, I don’t know if he hit a single jump shot last game. They have shown they can win but they better shape up.
