The following power rankings have nothing to do with record and more to do with how the teams are currently constructed with talent.

12 - Pest Control - this team refuses to quit. Every game they give a respectable showing. John is one of the leagues best players but with their big man now hurt and no real second scoring option, it will be tough for this team to be taken serious. Hopefully their new player Mo Taha can help them in this regard.

11 - Phantoms - Many people think that the addition of zameir and munir would be enough for this team to make a serious run, but the fit isn’t there for them. Zameir and Hugo cannot coexist and there is not enough passing on this team. Saad gets his by getting offensive boards but this team is talented player put together to get buckets. They will win games but aren’t a serious threat to anyone.

10 - Knights - It seems like they have the same problem every year. They have guys who can play ball, but their egos get in the way. Everyone is always fighting each other. Hasan can lead this team if they let him, and Ali can provide a very good scoring outlet for them. However they are their own biggest roadblock.

9 - Legend Killers - This team has no real ball handler and nobody who can drive in consistently, but they have a ton of great shooters. Munir is a fantastic shooter and they have good defense, but they have a tough time getting easy baskets. Hopefully cbl legend Weis can solve their problem

8 - All Day - Assuming their new player is not approved, this team severely lacks shooting. Talha and Sami provide a very high iq 1-2 punch but outside of 5 feet they are pretty much irrelevant. They need to find some shooting in order to be taken seriously in the playoffs.

7 - Primetime - Im not sure who their roster is right now but assuming they have Arvin and Qaseem and Gurk, this team will be a force come playoff time. The ladak boys always bring their A game and moody will continue to shoot and facilitate. This will be a good team moving forward.

6 - Chino Hills - this is the funnest team to watch in the league. They can shoot the shit out of the ball and they play fast. Zaid sets everyone up great and Shahir is a fantastic scorer and a great player to give the ball to late in the game when you need a basket. They lack size which may bite them later, but these boys can shoot.

5 - Caliphs - Yusuf put together another great backcourt in Tosin and Abbas. They play great together. Pairing them up with good role players in Rahat and Tamjid gives this team a great balance in their roster with size, speed, and scoring. This is a dark horse team to win the chip.

Entering the top 4, these teams are a step above the rest.

4 - Bricklayers - AbdulSamad and Hyder are a match made in heaven. They always do whats necessary to go far in the playoffs. This year they have Feruk who is playing like an mvp candidate right now, and they have Nico Wembanyama who sends everything to the rafters and has good touch around the hoop. Their sleeper player is the guy that comes off the bench in goggles and gets every rebound. The key will be how AbdulSamad scores the ball and how their new player Hussnain fits with the team. Although they arent my pick, this team can win the championship for sure.

3 - Imaan - Owais might be the best facilitator in the league when it comes to setting up the offense. Combining that with their shooting of the 2 brothers and the interior play of Mohamad and Dev, this team will be a tough out. They are my pick to make the finals, but not win it all. It will depend on how Eesa plays.

2 - Panthers - these guys are legit! They have the paint presence of Imran who is playing like one of the best players in the league right now and looking like their best and most consistent player. Hassib is playing some great ball too, and Big Riz’s mid range is deadly, but everyones eyes are on potentially the leagues best player hamza. Is he slow playing? Is he just low iq? We dont know, but all signs point towards him being someone he isnt showing right now. However even if he is, this team is not my choice to win the chip. Shaikh is doing a good job so far with his squad, but there are some things to clean up.

Gap

1 - Tigers - This is my pick to win it all. They won a championship with one of CBLs finest in Amrit, and the shooting of sy and ruhel is very good, but their biggest asset is their new big man Sam. He is like a freight train that does not stop. This team, if it stays like this, will win the championship easily.
