Cfl super Saturday has arrived! The iconic day full of fun, upsets, and drama is sure to deliver some more memories.
9AM- Caliphs vs Niners:
The playoffs start with a bitter rivalry between Moody and AZ. The Moody led Niners handed the Caliphs their first loss earlier in the season and the once mighty Caliphs have looked a bit off since. ZQ has led the number one offense this season and has dominated. Their weakness has been their porous defense which couldn't support their dominant offense. The Niners on their own side have been abysmal with the worst ranked defense in the league. This game should be high scoring with long tds, missed flags, and some heavy emotions on both sides. Moody has one of the best offensive stars in Ruhel and the best young star in Andrew but he hasn't surrounded those two guys with enough talent. We expect the Caliphs fueled by Fahad and Zian to hand their rivals another crushing blow.

9 AM- Warriors vs MPS:
The Warriors seemed destined for first place but weren't able to close things out strong. A team headed by last year's championship QB Ezra, you know they will be an offensive powerhouse. The Warriors issue was their defense which was the 2nd worst in the league. On the other side we have MPS who have shown a competitive fire under first time captain Evin. Their offense is led by the veteran Ricky who has showed alot of poise and enough skill to keep the team afloat. Arjun and Evin have been stars on both sides and have kept this team in most games. The Warriors beat MPS in their only encounter this season by 1 point. We expect this to be a battle to the end with the experience of the Warriors prevailing.

1015 AM- Botz vs Imaan:
The Botz have easily been the most disappointing team of the season. They've played a few close games and few blowouts in between a blowout win over the Niners. Any time it looks like they will turn the page they seem to lay an egg. On the other side Imaan has been as advertised. An under the radar team that can beat anyone. The leadership of Owais and Faiq has kept the team on track to make another deep run in the playoffs. The stellar play of Asif, Umair, and Anas has gotten them on a hot streak to close the season. We expect a competitive environment but Imaan has too much firepower and will send the Botz home early.

Imaan 33- Botz 20
11:30 AM- Caliphs* vs Interceptors:
The Interceptors look to defend their title with a revamped squad. They earned themselves a bye and need just 1 win to return to the finals. The sensational Sal has been masterful on both sides of the ball. Faizan has taken over as QB replacing Ezra and he hasn't disappointed with the electric arm still on display. Fahad and Todd have been reliable offensive pieces. The Interceptors will need someone else to make their mark this post season if they are to advance. On the other side of the matchup the Caliphs will look to crush the repeat dreams. They need to find a way to take Sal out of the game. Easier said then done. Zian has the height to matchup but does he have the strength? Can the Caliphs defense show up and get the job done? We expect a big plays from both Fahad's. Our x-factors will be Qasim from the Caliphs and Prenton from the Interceptors. Ultimately the Caliphs offensive attack will be to stout and they will pull off a big time win.

12:45 PM- Warriors* vs. Imaan*
For a majority of the season these were the two best teams. The Warriors have three dangerous weapons on offense in Taoheed, Louis, and the feared Greg. This will be a tactical matchup as Imaan may very well be the highest IQ team. They will need to find a way to curtail speed and size if they want to reach the finals. Pulak, Owais, and Faiq will be tasked to come up with a defensive game plan. Imaan will need Riddy and Isa to be present and play good football to have a chance. For the Warriors role players like Cole, Rahat, and even Fargo (yes you got your shout-out) may end up making a big play as the defense will be honed in on the big 3. Ultimately Imaan will come in as the underdog, a classification they love. We expect a fight to the last play with Ez-E giving his guys the win late.
