9am Mean Machine vs Interceptors
Mean Machine have gotten hot towards the end of the season and will look to bring that momentum into the playoffs. Captain Rahat just pulled a huge upset of the Warriors in dominant fashion. The Interceptors however are a team with a ton of playoff experience, they are coming off two straight finals appearances. They have a lot of injuries but still have a Qb with a big arm in Brian and playmakers like Fahad captain Adam will get them out of the first round. Guys like Jay may have the athletic edge but the football IQ favors the pink squad.

9am Imaan vs Niners
This should be a great matchup. The regular season matchup was a thriller that ended Imaan’s winning streak and came down to the final possession. Faiq leads a squad with some real ballers like Umair, Anas and Owais. They each know what it takes to make a playoff run and will be led by finals MVP Asif. The Niners exist as a good team on paper but they have almost never had the full team at once. Will that be different this week? If Josh, Omar and the rest of those guys show up it will be really difficult. In the end this may come down to if Moody can make the throws to win the game. We think it is another tight one that comes down to the wire with the champs trying to get back to the big game.

10am Ballers vs Botz
This seems like it should be a runaway victory for the Ballers, with the Botz securing last place again. However this should be a closer game than it seems it should be. The Ballers will operate with a thin roster, not having more than a couple of subs. Usman has shown he can really spin the rock but this is a playoff situation. Will he be able to step up when it matters. For the Botz it will come down to which team shows up. Sometimes they play aggressive and come out firing and create problems on defense. In others they are timid and let people run over them. We think that this day will be the latter. They come out firing and pull a huge Round 1 upset.

11am Pluto vs Marine Park Squids
Everyone should watch out for Pluto, they are poised to make a run. If you weren't sure if that was true just ask Shak he will tell you. This team can score thirty any game with the ace weapon Toheed wreaking havoc on both sides of the field. MPS always know how to stay in a game, they rarely get blown out. They also towards the later part of the season found ways to come out with the victory. You will be hard pressed to find anybody with more experience at the QB position than Ricky. He has a deep roster of playmakers like Evin, Arjun and Daquan. Can he make those throws when they matter? Can Pluot come up with stops on defense? We think the finals run for Pluto starts here with a big win.

12pm Hunters vs Mamas Boys
This is a real battle of the opposite ends of the spectrum. On one side we have the basketball boys, who after a hot start came down to earth once they started facing the tougher competition the league has to offer. Hunters on the other hand are experienced and know how to play football at the highest levels. They will not be able to match the athleticism of the Mamas Boys with guys like Omar and Luqman but guys like Nafi and Sult just know how to get W’s no matter the obstacles. We think the experience comes through big here and the vets move on in a slugfest.
