9am Hunters vs Warriors
The Warriors played a thriller last week with a huge second half comeback then almost threw the game away (literally) with poor clock management. Chic however is a real baller, he can sling the rock and he just lets his players make plays. Louis showed why he is MVP making highlight plays on both sides of the field. The Hunters have found some offense with their new qb Kazi now they just need their defense to be at the level of last season. Naji is a veteran who will be able to get it done just maybe not against this title favorite.

10am Imaan vs Caliphs
This is the matchup of the week. Two undefeated teams, the last two champions, two QBs who can really spin the rock. Caliphs just keep going along, they are super organized. ZQ makes the right plays while avoiding bad turnovers. Fahad may be the most underrated player in the league. On the other side Anas has raised Imaan’s ceiling from a solid team to a title contender. He has weapons like Isa and Owais combined with the veteran leadership of Faiq and Pulak. It’s hard to beat that. We think Caliphs suffer their first loss in two seasons in an instant classic.

11am Falcons vs Mamas Boys
Huge props to Captain Omar here. The long game worked! Who cares about a few early season losses when you are gonna get Safwan on defense for the rest of it and the playoffs. For those who don’t know he immediately becomes the best defensive player in the league. (sorry Louis) This move changes the trajectory of this team. They will still need to figure out offense but it’s going to be easier when you limit teams through the air the way they should be able to now. Tayeb and the Falcons have troubles. They just don’t seem in sync. The talent is there, Neiko is a superstar and Zamier and Munier were two of the bright young stars of last season. There is just something not clicking this season. Limiting turnovers would help and that’s going to be tough against the new look Mama’s Boys team.

12pm Niners vs Mamas Boys
If football were only played in the first half the Niners would be the ‘72 Dolphins. Something happens at halftime where they let up and their defense gets worse and the offense goes cold. Again with the athletic defense of the Mama’s Boys that will lead to trouble. In this matchup though we think Niners learn from their mistake and come out with a win however making it closer than it maybe should be.
