Retro is BACK!!!!! Inshallah everyone's Ramadan went well and we are ready to get back to the action. With all teams six games in lets see how they all stack up going into the final descent of the season.

1) Panthers- They seem like the team to beat along with our co number one. Their chemistry seems like they have been playing with each other for years, winning games going away. The real scary part about this is we just saw last week Muzz is getting going, dropping 25 in a throwback effort and letting everyone know he will lead the charge.

)Primetime- The Kommish is looking Korrupt. His squad is humming along, winning all their games and having fun while doing it. They have had a couple of tough ones before the break but the team is well rounded with the Ladak cousins leading the way. Moody has a squad that likes to play together and are looking to get back to the chip game.

)Bricklayers- Hyder has the deepest squad maybe in the history of retro. Even with the trade of Ferrukh they roll out a starting five that is up there with anyone and bring the captain himself off the bench. Umer is a MVP candidate who is likely the fastest person in the league and can score at will. David is the best new player in Retro and Idrees is a giant in the middle locking down the paint with his towering presence. Beware of the Bricklayers.

)Legend Killers- Zia’s squad is consistent, as in they consistently beat you up and win or lose you come out suffering. They run through the big three of Talha, Fahad and Humair and Talha is putting up MVP numbers. They are another team who have been playing together a long time and when they are all there the way they operate is top notch. The team could use some better play from the supporting cast but come playoff time they are a tough matchup.

)Knights- This team is super talented. Amged and Ali are the best shooting backcourt in the league. Mohsin has taken a big step up to all star level this year and is a bulldog in games. Jibar as a captain may need to step up a little bit and keep control of this team in tough situations because come playoff time that is all they will run into.

)A Team- Shah has a team with a talented roster that has not quite gelled. Dev and Amrit should be an impossible to stop pairing down low, mauling people on the boards. It has not quite worked out that way though, and actually Isa has been the most consistent player all season. If they do figure it out it will be hard to find a team that can match their size but as we saw last season with them potential only gets you so far.

)Tigers- Another team on the potential over production side of the ball. They have Ruhel, Riz and Fardeen and yet they struggle every game. There is no real point guard on the team and only one ball to go around which has proven a problem so far. Scoring is not a problem for each one of these players individually but can they come together to make it work. We will see because if they do it’s a team that can run with anybody.

)Phantoms- Qasim, Qasim, Qasim what is going on? The running young guns of the Phantoms have been stuck in the mud this season. They can’t buy a win despite a team that looks good on paper, a common theme amongst these last few teams. Hugo coming on board should right the ship as a lead guard that can step up and be the guy when they need it. Nafi has had a great season and Ridwan can do more to help, they need to think of this as a three game prep to get ready for the playoffs.

)All Day- This team has some new blood coming to inject some life into it with Ferrukh. He showed in the draft season that he can step up and be an alpha helping a team to get big wins. They have good scoring weapons alongside him with Tan, Syed and Aqib. The question will always be on the defensive side of the ball where they are undersized and get beat up on the boards. They do have a history of making life tough in the playoffs.

)La Familia- After last weeks on court meltdown and fighting amongst the team we cannot put these guys anywhere other than on the bottom. The team lacks direction and focus. There is no one voice on the court that people will listen to and it does not seem like there is a game plan week to week.Yusuf showed last year he can make this team overachieve and we are waiting to see if he can repeat that.
