9am Niners vs Hunters
The Niners are coming off back to back losses here while the Hunters are still searching for their first win. The Niners started off slow last season before peaking at the right time, are they trying to recreate the magic. The young star player Mo got exposed last week on defense by Samad. Will he be able to bounce back from that? The Hunters have been scoring points recently but have not been able to stop anything on defense. Can captain Naji right the ship here? He has guys with experience and yet they still seem lost. Niners get back to their winning ways here.

9am Imaan vs Interceptors
Imaan came out last game and showed Anas what he was missing. They handled the previously undefeated All Day squad and did it comfortably. They have always had a lot of good guys who just know how to play football and this year is no different. The shift back to Asif may have lowered the ceiling of Imaan but it may have raised the floor. The Interceptors came out flat the week after scoring 50 points and just looked lost out there. Will Adam be able to turn it around? Is relying on Fahad and friends as contributors a wise choice. Imaan has too much structure and poise with Owais at the helm.

10am Imaan vs Warriors
What a game! It’s always fun when Ezra goes against his former team. Imaan does skew a little older so the second half of the double header may weigh on them a bit here. Pulak, Owais and Faiq are veterans though who should know how to manage it and will hopefully have some gas left in the tank for this fun matchup. The Warriors looked good last week with Chick back at qb but who is the guy back there. The old saying goes “if you have two quarterbacks you have no quarterbacks.” A tired Imaan going against a rested Louis, Greg and Usman. I’ll take those guys in a nail biter.

10am Hunters vs Pluto
The Hunters are another older team who may have a tough time with the double header. Can Shine throw that much in two games they are going to have to scores bunch to have a chance. Can their other playmakers do enough against Pluto who showed a surprisingly stout defense the first two weeks. We will see. The new Pluto seems defensively focused, playing really solid on that end. The problem is they left all the offensive firepower they were known for at home. They should find a happy medium here and come away with a win.

11am Caliphs vs Goonville
The Caliphs showed they are back to the top of the mountain taking down the Niners with a huge performance by Samad and ZQ. They have to be seen as the team to beat as Samad has yet to drop a game in the division. Goonville are solid with a lot of talent with Zamier, Munir and the former Caliph Neiko. The problem is they lack football iq. Hussein brings a lot of that but if the team doesn’t buy in they won’t be able to take down some of the better teams. That’s unfortunately what they are about to run into. Expect Fahad and Samad to have their way with the defense and then give Nick problems on the other end. An easy W here.

11am Mamas Boys vs Pluto
Mamas Boys will not lose again! Not even to the Caliphs! You heard it here first! Give Safwan a QB like Mustafa and it will take something special to stop this team. They are still giving up too many points but when you can score like they can it won’t be an issue. Pluto has been the best defense in the league so it should be a nice measure to see where they really are but even a top tier player like Toheed won’t be able to stop Saf in the open field. If Pluto can slow the game down they have a shot but we don’t see it here.

12pm Goonville vs Mean Machine
Mean Machines offense has been one of the surprises of the early season. Jay is playing great and guys like Rahat, Abbas and Rayhan are all producing at Wr. And like we have said with many teams. Can they stop anyone? Goonville have a lot of weapons and this is a game where you probably want to take the over. As long as the young goons aren’t gassed after the first game, which they shouldn’t be they should take this win in an explosive game.
