Cfl week 2 @ Alley Pond park. Alot of close games and fun moments in week 1. The action continues in Queens on 9/14.
9 AM- Caliphs vs Powerpuff:
The Caliphs came of a resounding thump in a beatdown vs the Ballers last week. Powerpuff themselves were victorious over a very talented team called The U. This is one of the best matchups of the early season with a battle of two very experienced and strong qbs (Danny vs Sim). The Caliphs may have more talent but the Powerpuff Boys have elite chemistry having played together for many years. In what will be a very tough and close matchup we expect the Caliphs to ultimately win in a thriller.

10 AM Pluto vs The U:
Pluto comes off a close loss in a matchup against the Niners in their first game. The U comes off a tough loss against PPF in week 1. Pluto is led by Shak and Toheed who have brought in some youth into the CFL. The U is led by Ken who has been a season 1 player and brought in a ton of talent and experience. This will be a game of fireworks as Pluto likes to take chances and is a dangerous offense. Despite that In my opinion the experience and talent of the U will be too much for the young Pluto team to handle, leading to a comfortable win for the U.

10 AM- Niners vs Ballers:
The Niners led by Moody were victorious in a semi-close matchup vs Pluto. The offense and defense both made plays contributing to a league high 49 points. The Ballers had a very dissapointing loss to the champion Caliphs and will certainly bounce back. We expect the Ballers to take some shots right away and get some points on the scoreboard only for the Niners to match the offense. This will be a seesaw game with the winner winning by a hair. We expect the Niners to squeak by.

11 AM- Imaan vs Every Other:
A Rematch from week 1? Schedule makers having some fun. Jokes aside Everyother beat Imaan in week 1 behind the strong offensive showing by Shak and team. Imaan was given a big lift by the father son duo of Faiq and Isa but fell short. I expect this to be a good battle but Everyother is tad bit better as of now and will win by 2 scores.

11 AM- Niners B vs Interceptors:
Interceptors are coming off a win vs the Botz in which they were up 3 tds and almost blew it only to come back and finish the job. Niners retro team is making their season debut. We expect this to be a very entertaining contest but it is very hard to predict this one as we haven't seen the Niners yet. We expect the Interceptors to pull off the win behind the strong play of Ezra, Greg, and Adam.
